Nearly 200 local community and business leaders gathered at Chattahoochee Technical College’s North Metro Campus’ North Metro Hall for Leadercast 2017, a premiere leadership event and simulcast, on Friday, May 5.
According to Leadercast, since 2010, Leadercast has been building Leaders Worth Following through its two main platforms: Leadercast Live, the world’s largest one-day leadership event, with more than 100,000 attendees in 700-plus locations and 20 countries, … and Leadercast Now, a digital platform that offers hundreds of interviews with real leaders sharing their true stories, solutions and insights. Leadercast Now wraps up these world-class speakers’ content into short, relevant videos and learning actions that members can access anywhere, any time, on any device.

This year’s speakers included comedian and director Tripp Crosby; leadership author and communicator Andy Stanley; sports agent, author and world-renowned public speaker Molly Fletcher; director, playwright, screenwriter, producer, actor, author and entrepreneur Tyler Perry; clinical psychologist, leadership expert and author Dr. Henry Cloud; leadership expert and best-selling author Suzy Welch; co-founder of Square and founder of LaunchCode Jim McKelvey; behavioral science expert, author and host of “Crowd Control” Daniel Pink; CEO of Headbands of Hope Jess Ekstrom; and CEO of Storybrand Donald Miller.
“We had a great turnout this year and our attendees were very engaged and entertained,” Business and Industry Coordinator Cynthia Brown said of the event. “Leadercast is a great opportunity for community members to come together and network while also hearing from some very influential and successful leaders.”
